The brief was clear: modernise the space while respecting its original character. The project involved a complete landscape redesign, refreshed interior and exterior finishes, a modernised kitchen and updated bathrooms, all tailored to meet contemporary expectations.

Entrusted with full responsibility, Archumen managed the project from redesign through to construction over a ten-month period. The scale of the property, combined with challenging site conditions and significant level changes, required careful coordination and problem-solving throughout.
